As parents I’m sure you swim in a sea of take home papers, junk mail (and email!) and crafts your children make at school and church. If you’re connected, you most likely have an email, your cell, your home phone, your facebook page, the blogs you read, the school website, the church website, and good ol’ snail mail grabbing for your attention. Let’s be honest, it’s tough keeping it all up to speed!
Our desire at Grace Chapel is to partner with parents in raising up the next generation. We hope to be a support and encouragement to you, not another source of anxiety. We are committed to send home only pertinent information for your family, but there are also a few other ways to stay informed. Let’s break it down…
Kidventure Website (gracechapelonline.org/kidventure)
On the homepage of the our website you will find a “Calendar” section to keep you up to date on upcoming events and dates to remember.
Monthly Small Talk & Summit Says
Preschoolers receive a monthly take home called “Small Talk” which provides you as a parent with resources and tips for bringing Sunday’s lesson and Bible story home.
K-5th Grade students receive a monthly take home called “Summit Says” which also provides you as a parent with resources and tips for bringing Sunday’s lesson and Bible story home. There is also a section that lists upcoming dates and events of which to be aware.
Check the Kidventure section of the bulletin for information and updates.
Take Home Papers
Because we want to support you as a parent we work hard not to overload you with papers. If you do receive a take home please hold on to it, we are sure it will come in handy for you with information about field trips, special services, events, etc…
If all else fails you can always email us at email@example.com!
Bless you as you sort and stack papers!
You can click the “Small Talk” & “Summit Says” tabs at the top of this page to see online copies of our monthly take home sheets!
